Frank Webb II has been tattooing for over a decade, he mastered his craft through many resources through the years, which include graduating from LSU with a BFA in Drawing and Painting, as well as apprenticing for tattooing under local legend Henri Montegut. He is well versed in all styles and able to bring any of your ideas to skin.
